Reserving your charter
We accept reservations year-round. Check our Sailing Schedule for available dates, times and locations. When you have selected your date and time you may:

Deposits
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

• Half Day Deposit - $150.00
• Full Day Deposit - $250.00
• Extended Day Deposit - $ 400.00

Deposits may be made by check or credit card. Please call us with your credit card information. Make checks payable to Columbia Sportfishing and mail to :

Cancellations
The Columbia sails rain or shine. The Captain reserves the right to cancel a charter due to severe weather conditions or mechanical failure. If the Captain cancels your charter you will be refunded your deposit in full. In the event of mechanical failure, we will make every effort to reserve another boat for you.

If you must cancel your reservation, notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations received two or more weeks prior to the reserved sailing date will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations received two weeks to 48 hours before sailing time will be refunded the deposit less 15% of the total charter fee. If you reschedule your charter, the full deposit will be applied to the new reservation. Deposits are non-refundable and will not be carried over to future bookings when the reservation is cancelled after the 48 hour grace period.

No Shows
Persons that fail to arrive for their reserved charter without notifying us will not be entitled to a refund of their deposit. Future reservations will require payment in full for confirmation.

Stuck in Traffic?
Traffic is heavy on the Cape. Be sure to plan your travel time accordingly. If you are scheduled to sail from Rock Harbor over the low tide (Full and Extended Day Trips), you have a very small departure window as the tide is running out. Call us as soon as you suspect that you may not arrive at your scheduled departure time. The Captain will leave Rock Harbor while there is still sufficient water for navigating and meet you at Sesuit Harbor in Dennis.
